- Wear
comfortable clothes
that will allow you free movement.
- Dress
in layers and avoid buttons, zippers,
and large jewelry.
- Be
able to have bare feet.
- Come
with an empty stomach or eat lightly
up to two hours before class.
- Bring
a yoga mat (if you have one), a blanket
or large towel and socks.
- Plan
on arriving 10-15 minutes before
class is due to start.
- Tell
your teacher about any concerns you
have and current injuries.
- Please
no cell phones, beepers or perfumes
(some people have allergies).
