For first time yoga students of all ages and abilities.
You will be slowly introduced to the basics of yoga
postures, body sensing, breathing, relaxation and
meditation. Learn to move, stretch, and strengthen
the body you have. Bring Yoga mat, blanket and empty
stomach to class. Wear clothing that moves with you.
Deepen and
expand your experience of yoga. Take your Asana
practice to a new place through body sensing
awareness, breath and subtle structural movement.
Watch as you body willingly releases deeper
into each stretch. Lots of individual attention.
